‘‘The camera is a bridge that connects two worlds.

Not only does it capture what it sees in the external world that is so familiar to us all, but it reflects, at the same time, the inner world of the artist; one that is completely unique and so often unknown and unseen, even by the artist’s eyes at times.’’

Revolutionary Group Photography Workshops, 1:1 Tuition & Mentoring for Self-Expressive Landscape & Nature Photographers

Learn to make landscape photographs with meaning and create art instead of ‘‘capturing’’ soulless photographs through a range of transformative learning experiences with Brad Carr

A man with a beard and blue eyes wearing a brown hat and tan jacket outdoors during sunset, with a tree and open field in the background.

Through one-to-one tuition, group workshops, creative retreats, and mentoring programmes, I work with photographers at every stage of the creative journey: from those picking up a camera for the first time to enthusiasts and early professionals looking to uncover their vision, unearth their deeper artistic voice, and prepare for an exhibition or develop a book project.

Whether you want to build a solid technical foundation, learn to ‘see’ again with depth, clarity, and intention, or create a body of work that truly means something to you, fit and ready for the gallery wall, I’ll meet you exactly where you are, listen deeply, and guide you to find the answers to your own questions.

Let’s take the next step on your creative journey together.

The Possibilities Are Endless When You Invest in Yourself and Your Photography

‘‘In May 2025, I was honoured to launch my solo exhibition in Plas Glyn y Weddw, the oldest gallery here in Wales. The exhibition showcased seven years of creative work to an estimated 20,000 people over seven weeks.

My journey began with a borrowed camera, curiosity, and a willingness to learn. Now, I’m looking forward to helping other photographers, wherever they are on their journey, develop the skills, confidence, and creative vision to achieve their own ambitions, whatever those might look like.’’
