Hi! My name is Brad Carr, and I am a professional nature and landscape photographer based in Welshpool, Mid Wales. Much of my photography is focused on small pockets of my local area in Powys and around the magical landscape of Eryri/ Snowdonia in north Wales.
There has always been this little dream inside of me to inspire others with my life. I share my photographs and writing in the hope of doing just that, and passing on the wisdom that I accrue through my own personal experience and interactions with Mother Nature. There is a huge purpose behind my art, and I am on a mission to leave my mark on the world with the work that I am doing. If you wish to learn more about me, please go and read my Artist’s Statement.
For the past half a decade, I have been feeling the call to teach in various forms. I offer a range of learning experiences that include group landscape photography workshops throughout various locations in Wales, private one to one photography tuition, and photo editing workshops online and from my studio space in Welshpool, Powys. In 2025, I will be hosting my first residential group workshop and creative retreat titled, ‘A Bridge Between Two Worlds’.
If you wish to learn more about me as a photography tutor and the services that I offer, then please visit my Workshops page.
